As a way of expanding our collaborations with other federal agencies and academic institutions, we have electrical engineering MS student Jan Claudio spending the summer at NASA Glenn Research Center, working on antenna arrays for energy harvesting under the supervision of Drs. Seth Waldstein and James Downey. Additionally, electrical engineering PhD student Larry Theran is spending the summer at the University of Virginia, working on low-power transceivers at 24 GHz under the supervision of Dr. Steven Bowers, as part of a collaboration between CARSE and SpectrumX.
